The Using SFax document attached to this KB should be sent over to the user/Ticket requester.
SFax accounts are set up by organizational admins (IT Team)
- Manage Organizations
-- Select New
---Enter Office Info
----Contact sfax for the creation of a new phone number support@sfax.com
-----------You will need to provide the Account number that gets assigned to that new organization.
-----Contact phone provider to setup a call forward to the SFax provided 800 number.
SFax User accounts after initial setup can be created by the account admin for that office/group.
If IT is creating the user accounts
- Select Manage organizations
--Select the Group that need to be edited
---Select Add user under the users section of that organization.
-------If adding First Steps Users - IT will select Manage Users from the main left navigation bar.
