MAR NX Dosing Printer Connection

If NX is giving a printer not found or other printer issue when printing labels:

Go to inventory and pump management and select the management button.

Select File from the top bar

Select Label Printer Setup

If it says that a printer exists, click the box to remove it and add another by clicking Label Printer Setup Again.

Verify the name of the label printer in the Devices and Printer section of Windows. The printer should be called Label Printer.

If the system is printing 2 labels when one is expected, a new device hub file will need to be installed on the computer.
