OrderConnect 2 Factor Authentication

Steps to try:

1). Check and add https://*.netsmartcloud.com to their workstation under Trusted Sites, 
2). Under Security tab Check Enable Protected Mode and then Delete IE cache/cookies 
3). Then close out of ALL IE sessions (this is a must) and then open new IE. 
4). They may want to Restart computer too after doing these steps.
