MyForms or Shortcuts missing in MyAvatar
In the event that shortcuts are now missing from Chart or Home Views in MyAvatar it is most likely due to the update to MedNote on 9/28/2021.
Please use the attached instructions to add forms and shortcuts back to your personal views.
