Zoom on Chromebooks

****Zoom does not function properly inside of the Horizon session on Chromebooks.  The following instructions detail how to use the Zoom Chrome application for Zoom meetings on Chromebooks.

Zoom on Chromebooks

If you are in a Horizon session you will need to go back to the Chrome desktop or exit full screen mode for Horizon.

To view your Chrome desktop you can swipe up on the trackpad with 3 fingers or press the key in the top row above the 6 on the Lenovo Chromebooks. 

To exit full-screen mode move your mouse to the top of the Horizon window and select the second icon from the left on the black bar.

From the bottom task bar click on the zoom icon and then sign-on with SSO

If the company domain is empty please enter newvista and select continue.

Zoom will authenticate with your Microsoft account and then load your screen to start meetings.
